I just got back from an intense trip to India. Have you been? I experienced complete overwhelm. Between the colors, food, smells, horn honking and poverty, I often clenched my heart and took deep breaths. What a different culture. A beautiful one, but very different from my own. I am so grateful I took a trip that stretched me on all levels (mental, emotional, physical & spiritual).
