The chain that does everything.
On its own it is delicate and quietly beautiful, the kind of chain that catches light as you move and adds just enough warmth to a neckline without demanding attention. With charms on it, it becomes the foundation of something really personal and really good. The rope chain has been a jewelry staple for generations and it has held that status for a simple reason. It just works.
This is a classic twisted rope chain, two fine strands of interlocking links wound together in that characteristic spiral that gives the rope chain its name and its texture. It is slim and lightweight and has a gentle sparkle to it as the links catch and reflect light from different angles. The construction makes it stronger than it looks, which is saying something because it looks lovely, and it drapes beautifully against the skin whether you are wearing it alone or loaded up with your favorite charms.
It is the chain we recommend most often at the charm bar and the one that pairs beautifully with everything in it. If you are not sure which chain to choose, start here.

A note on "waterproof" jewelry from me, your jewelry designer: You have probably seen brands throw around the word "waterproof" and wondered if it is actually true. As someone who has worked in jewelry for years, I do not think any jewelry is truly 100% waterproof. What I can tell you is that stainless steel with PVD coating is as close as it gets. It is the material people are talking about when they say waterproof jewelry. Shower in it, sweat in it, live your life in it. It is made to keep up with you.
