My mother, Claire and I co-designed this piece. As you likely know, I name my jewelry after women who inspire me. Together, my mom and I named this abalone shell, "Harriet" after Harriet Tubman. Harriet conducted more than 300 enslaved people along the Underground Railroad to Canada. What could be more inspiring than that?!
